Tzatziki dip

Being a yoghurt based dip this is perfect for afternoon or morning tea for early learning menus.

Method

  1. Place grated cucumber in a sieve and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
  2. Mix together strained cucumber with remaining ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • 300g House of Taste Telegraph cucumber, grated*
  • 5g Garlic, crushed
  • 5g Fresh mint, chopped
  • 5g Fresh dill, chopped
  • 250g Reduced fat plain yoghurt
  • 15ml White vinegar
