Tuna and corn wraps

A simple way to add seafood into children's food.

Tuna and corn wraps

Method

  1. Mix together the drained tuna, mayonnaise and cooked corn kernels.
  2. Place vegetables and tuna mix across the middle of the wraps and roll up.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tip

Halve the portion sizes for under 5's (i.e. half a wrap each).

Note

You need

  • 6 wraps
  • 1x185g can tuna (drained)
  • 200g (1 can drained) corn kernels (cooked/canned/frozen)
  • ⅓ cup (80g) lite mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup (25g) carrot, grated
  • 1 cup (20g) baby spinach
  • OPTIONAL: tomato, capsicum, gherkin

Method
