Spicy fish and coleslaw sliders

Sliders, or small burgers, are popular these days a small snack or light meal. They're also great for children as a complete meal.

Spicy fish and coleslaw sliders

Method

  1. Mix together the red and white cabbage and radish with the mayonnaise and yoghurt.
  2. Prepare the fish as per the Spice rubbed baked hoki recipe.
  3. Cut the buns in half and heat in the oven until just warmed through.
  4. Place one piece of fish in each slider along with coleslaw.

You need

  • ½ cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  • ½ cup white cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 radish, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened low fat yoghurt
  • 10 pieces spice rubbed baked hoki (see method)
  • 10 mini burger buns
