Spice rubbed baked hoki

This is a very easy and quick way to cook fish. You'll be impressed by the flavour as well.

Spice rubbed baked hoki

Method

  1. Heat oven to 210°C.
  2. Mix together flour, 5 spice, cumin and coriander.
  3. Cut each fillet into 3 even pieces.
  4. Lightly coat fish with spice mix.
  5. Lay fish out on baking tray.
  6. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until just cooked.

You need

  • ¼ cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 Tbsp five spice, ground
  • 1 tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp coriander, ground
  • 280g hoki fillets, thawed
