Spaghetti or Baked Beans Toastie Egg Pots

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Toast bread, then, using a cookie cutter, cut out shapes from the bread. Crumble the remaining bread and crusts to make breadcrumbs. Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl with the parsley and cheese.
  2. Spoon spaghetti or baked beans into 4 ramekins using about ¼ can per dish. Break an egg into each ramekin and top with flavoured breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until egg is cooked to your liking. Serve hot with shaped toast for dipping.

  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2-3 Tbsp finely grated tasty cheese
  • 420g can spaghetti or baked beans
  • 4 eggs
