Semolina

A great way to increase dairy into your early learning menu.

Semolina

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, stir together the milk and sugar.
  2. Set over a medium heat, and bring to a boil.
  3. When it boils, immediatley remove from the heat.
  4. Stir in the semolina, and return to the burner.
  5. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until thickened but still pourable.
  6. Pour into serving bowls, and top with your favourite fruit.

You need

  • 1/3 cup semolina flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups fresh/canned/frozen fruit (blueberries, chopped apple, sliced banana, diced peach)
