Salad Plate

Chose a varitety of different vegetables and fruit.  Offer a variety of textures, shapes and sizes. Aim for 4 vegetables and 2 fruits.  A grain, protein or dairy source could also be added for variety.

  • carrots
  • grapes
  • corn kernals
  • cherry tomatoes
  • broccoli florets
  • apples
  • pears
  • strawberries
