Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 ½ cups low fat milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter (no added sugar or salt)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
