Peanut and oat snack balls
Snack balls make a great, bite sized, healthy snack for all occasions.

Method
- Combine the peanut butter, water, maple syrup and vanilla in a bowl and beat with a wooden spoon.
- Add the rolled oats, seeds, and cinnamon and mix well to incorporate everything together.
- With clean, wet hands, roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into balls. Makes 15 balls.
- Place on a tray, cover and chill for at least 15 minutes. Store these in an airtight container in the fridge.
Tip
To make an oat flour, place rolled oats in a high-speed food processer and blend until the oats resemble a fine dust.

To make this a nut-free recipe, you can replace the peanut butter with tahini paste (which is made with sesame seeds).
To make this a gluten-free recipe, you can use ground sunflower seeds instead of oats. Check all other ingredients for gluten.

- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cup rolled oats*, blended to a flour
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds or linseeds (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon*
