You need

  • tomato wedges or cherry tomatoes
  • cucumber slices
  • cheese cubes
  • cold meat, eg tuna or chicken pieces
  • carrot sticks
  • celery sticks
  • pepper slices
  • apple or pear slices
  • strawberries
  • grapes
  • apricots, peaches, nectarines
  • melon wedges
  • brown rice or wholegrain crackers
  • wholegrain or wholemeal bread or pita pockets
  • spreads and dips: e.g. hummus, avocado, yoghurt dip or nut butter
