Meat Loaf Magic
A tasty meat loaf recipe that kids will love.
Method
- Heat oven to 180°C.
- Mix together the mince, breadcrumbs, eggs, kidney beans, pepper, Worchester sauce, celery, carrot, onion and mixed herbs.
- Grease a loaf tin and press the mince mixture into the tin.
- Mix together the steak sauce and 1/4 cup of water.
- Pour this sauce mixture over the meat in the loaf tin.
- Bake the meatloaf for approximately 1 hour or until piping hot in the middle.
- Baste the top of the meatloaf every 15 minutes with the sauce.

You need
- 500g lean beef mince
- 1 cup wholemeal breadcrumbs, dry
- 2 eggs
- 400g (1 can) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- pinch ground pepper
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1 Tbsp Worcester sauce
- 2 (small) carrots, grated
- 1 stick celery, diced
- 1/2 (medium) onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp steak suace
