Marinated Chicken Drumsticks
An easy chicken drumstick meal that the kids will love.
Method
- Mix the marinade ingredients together in a small saucepan; heat gently until the honey has melted.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour over the marinade; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or longer.
- Remove plastic wrap and bake at 180ºC for 30-40 minutes or until the juice runs clear when the drumstick is pierced with a skewer.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving.

You need
- chicken drumsticks, skin removed
- tomato sauce
- soy sauce (low salt)
- grated ginger (or ground)
- crushed garlic
- honey
- five-spice powder
