Method

Fill your choosen bread with one spread, one protein/meat, and at least 2 salad vegetables.

Note

Make Your Own Wraps

You need

  • BREADS
  • tortilla
  • chapatti
  • roti
  • wholemeal wraps
  • PROTEIN/MEAT
  • shredded grilled chicken
  • smoked salmon
  • canned tuna/salmon (drained)
  • egg (sliced/mashed)
  • falafel
  • cheese (cottage cheese, edam cheese, reduced fat cheddar cheese)
  • SAUCE/SPREAD
  • avocado
  • hummus
  • mayonnaise
  • tomato sauce
  • light cream cheese
  • sweet chilli sauce

Method
