Guacamole

This light and creamy dip is easy to whip up in no time.

Guacamole

Method

  1. Remove peel and pit from avocados and chop.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped avocados with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Mash all ingredients to your liking.
  4. Serve immediately, or cover for serving later.

Create different flavours and textures by adding one or more of the following:

1/2 cup tomato salsa

1/2 cup diced onion

1 Tbsp minced garlic

Serves 8 standard or 16 small.

  • 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
