Garlic Dressing

A quick and tasty dressing that is a great alternative to mayonnaise or butter.

Garlic Dressing

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Slice the top off the garlic head 1.5cm from the top.  Wrap the garlic head in aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and press the baked garlic until all the flesh squeezes out.
  • Mix the garlic with the yoghurt.
  • Keep chilled.

This is a healthier subsitute to aioli, mayonnaise or butter.

  • 1 cup low-fat natural yoghurt
