Method

  1. Blend all together in a food processor or hand held mixer until smooth and fluffy.

You need

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup low-fat yoghurt (either plain or fruit flavoured)
  • a selection of fresh fruit eg
  • - 1/2 banana
  • - 6-8 berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • - 1/2 kiwifruit
  • - 1/3 cup canned or stewed fruit (peaches, pears, apricots)
