Fluffy Fruity Milk Smoothie
A great way to increase your child's calcium intake!

- Blend all together in a food processor or hand held mixer until smooth and fluffy.

- 1/4 cup low-fat yoghurt (either plain or fruit flavoured)
- a selection of fresh fruit eg
- - 1/2 banana
- - 6-8 berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- - 1/2 kiwifruit
- - 1/3 cup canned or stewed fruit (peaches, pears, apricots)
