Cucumber sandwiches
Sandwiches, but not as you know them.

Method
- Slice cucumber into rounds.
- Combine avocado, lemon juice and yoghurt. Mash together. Add tuna and combine.
- Lay out half of the cucumber disks and scoop filling on top.
- Cover with the other half of the disks.
Tip
Keep the quantities of avocado, tuna and yoghurt equal for the best results.
