Cucumber kebabs

An easy-to-prepare and balanced snack.

Cucumber kebabs

Method

  1. Cut cucumber into 1-2cm thick slices. Then cut those slices into quarters for wedges.
  2. Assemble other ingredients and thread different items onto a skewer until it is full.

Tip

Don't be afraid to mix savoury and sweet - we used grapes as well as vegetables.

Note

You need

  • cucumber
  • kebab skewers
  • cheese cubes
  • other vegetable chunks
  • cooked chicken or roast beef slices/chunks
  • wholemeal bread, squares
