Cucumber cups

A playful way to eat veggies!

Cucumber cups

Method

  1. Cut cucumber into even pieces - approximately 3cm each.
  2. Scoop flesh out of the top of each piece.
  3. Chop the scooped flesh and add to the cottage cheese.
  4. Fill each cup with the cottage cheese mixture.
  5. Decorate by adding carrot and capsicum sticks.

Note
