Chicken and Apple Meatballs

These meatballs make a great addition to an antipasto plate, pasta dish or an entree. Children will love them.

Chicken and Apple Meatballs

Method

1.Heat oven to 210C
2.Squeeze out most of the juice from the grated apple
3.Mix all of the ingredients together
4.Form into bite sized balls
5.Place in a roasting dish and cook in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until browned and cooked through

You need

  • 1 apple, grated and juice squeezed out
  • 400g chicken mince
  • 1 TBsp fresh herbs, chopped
  • 1 eggs
  • 1/2 cup dried wholemeal breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
