This is good served with brown rice or as a topping for pizza.

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the celery and onion until lightly browned and softened.
  2. Add the baked beans and yoghurt and heat gently until warmed.

You need

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can (400g) baked beans,
  • 2 tablespoon natural low-fat yoghurt

Method
