Banana cauliflower smoothie
The cauliflower stays surprisingly well hidden in this snack.

Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into glasses or jars and serve.

Using frozen bananas gives the smoothie a creamy consistency.

- 2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup fresh small cauliflower florets
- 1 ½ cups low fat milk
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
