Banana and Oat Cookies

These easy cookies are super tasty, perfect for kids lunch boxes and meet the Fuelled4life sometimes criteria.

Banana and Oat Cookies

Method

  1. Heat oven to 175°C
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Divide into approximately 30g portions and flatten slightly on a greased baking tray
  4. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned
  5. Allow to cool
  6. Keep in a sealed container for up to five days.

Tips

To make gluten-free, replace oats with a mix of desiccated coconut and pumpkin and/or sunflower seeds.

To make nut-free, replace ground almonds with ground sunflower seeds or extra rolled oats.

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup raisins, or chopped dried fruit
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
